After graduating in 2009 with a Degree in Property Development with Quantity Surveying, Zoe worked for BCH appraising retirement accommodation on the south coast. She went on to work in property teams for a leading retailer and as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) before returning to BCH in 2013. Since then, she has worked as a Building Insurance Surveyor across all building types.

Further responsibilities for business development and marketing have seen her travelling throughout the UK, speaking with existing and potential clients about how an RCA forms a key part of their insurance purchase and why BCH is the company to provide that for them!
